Peachtree Hotel Group bought the newly completed Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Downtown Charlottesville, Virginia. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The seller was Titan Hotel Group. The 117-room hotel is within walking distance of The University of Virginia, with a current enrollment of 23,000 students, and the University of Virginia Medical Center. Amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service and Wi-Fi. With this purchase, Peachtree’s current portfolio is comprised of 89 hotel assets totaling 10,991 rooms.
