New industrial park to be built in Zdice

6 September 2018

The Accolade group is investing CZK 250m into the construction of a new industrial park in the village of Zdice, located at km 28 along the D5 motorway to Pilse. The building will provide 12,100 sqm of industrial space for rent by 2020. “We’re preparing Industrial Park Zdice mainly for light production, but theoretically it could be used for an eshop or for logistics,” says Milan Kratina, CEO of Accolade. The new park, which will occupy a total of 67,699 sqm of land, could employ up to 200 people. More than half of the land will be made green, while the building itself will occupy just 18 percent of the land. Accolade is building the new project speculatively, with no specific client yet signed up for the space.

The Czech-based company is also active in Poland and recently announced that it would be investing CZK 750m into the construction of a new industrial park in Bialystok in Poland. Work will be divided into three phases resulting in a total of 40,500 sqm of leasable industrial and logistics space.
