Baltic Horizon made a €3.24m profit for the first 6 months of 2018, an increase of 49 percent on the same period last year when it netted €2.35m. The gross value of the company’s assets rose 15 percent over the same period from €215m to €248m. In addition, a high occupancy rate of 96.7 percent in their properties has also boosted rental income, up from €2.86m to €3.62m. This increased rental income is producing a yield of 6.9 percent. Baltic Horizon owns and operates a number of commercial properties in the Baltics including the Postimaja shopping center in Tallinn, Domus Retail Park in Vilnius and Vainodes office complex in Riga.
