SRV has signed a contract to renovate and modernize Antilooppi’s historic office building located at Ruoholahdenkatu 21 in Kamppi, Helsinki. The 10,000 sqm property, which used to be a printing house, is a 7 floor structure. The renovations will see the building regain its original 1950’s look. As well as flexible and versatile office spaces, there will also be a restaurant and cafe at street level. When completed in fall 2019, the major users of the building will be Mirum Agency, Pohjoisranta Burson Marsteller and GroupM Finland. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
