Insolvency proceedings against the Czech construction company PSJ have ended after Ukranian company that made the original charge withdrew its complaint. PSJ denied owing the company CZK 200,000. The Czech Press Agency is reporting that the Ukranian company’s original court filing claiming non-payment was received by the courts on August 30, but that on the same day, the court also received a request to withdraw the filing. Last week, PSJ, which claims to need CZK 500,000 to stay afloat, sold off its construction subsidiary Alpine Bauz CZ.
