The ten biggest developers control two-thirds of the Prague residential market, according to a study carried out by the developers Trigema, Skanska Reality and Central Group. The top three — Central Group, Finep and Skanska Reality – control 34.5 percent of the market. Trigema did not make the study’s top ten list, just as the developer Ekospol didn’t. In all, 2,750 flats were sold during the first half of the year, with Central Group selling 467, Finep selling 298 and Skanska Reality finishing June with 187 sales. Central Group’s Michaela Tomášková said “The stability in the top rungs of the top ten compared to the continual change in the order of the lower places in the top ten confirm that strong players, thanks to their wide range of apartments, still have resources available.”
