The mixed-use Sarajevo Tower is set to open in the Bosnian capital next summer. The scheme will offer 73,444 sqm of residential and office space on 26 floors. More than 50 percent of the space has already sold. The total value of the project is expected to exceed €50m. The project’s investors are Smart Invest and ANS Drive. The first three floors of Sarajevo Tower will be office space, while the remaining floors will offer 354 apartments.
