LPP S.A., one of the fastest growing clothing companies in the CEE region, has leased 2,400 sqm at Opera Office in Gdańsk. The Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital-owned project is located along Aleja Zwycięstwa, one of the Tri-City area’s major arterial routes. Opera Office was delivered in 2012 and provides 8,200 sqm of modern office space across five floors. The building also includes a canteen and underground parking. The project is currently fully leased. JLL is the sole leasing agent for the building.
