Hub Ventures has taken a majority stake in K10 Coworking, a Prague co-working center on the edge of Vinohrady. The facility will begin operating under the named Impact Hub Praha K10 beginning in 2019 and will be made available to members of the Impact Hub community. Zdeněk Rudolský, Hub Ventures executive director, said the negotiations leading to the deal had taken just three months. “We’d like to use to the maximum the synergies and experience of a functioning network of existing coworking space,” he said. The company has already established several across the Czech Republic, including in Prague 5, Brno and in Ostrava. “The membership in Prague will rise to nearly 900, while in the Czech Republic the community will be made up of more than 1,700 members,” writes Rudolský.
