Instone tops out on Berlin condominiums

Instone Real Estate has topped out 180 condominiums, the first phase of its project in Luisenpark Quarter in Berlin. It was attended by Sebastian Scheel, Permanent Secretary in the Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing. He said that the company has sold more than 90 percent of the apartments. The first phases of construction will be home to a total of approximately 550 apartments, due for completion at the end of 2019. In all, 414 condominium buildings are to be built on the 19,000 sqm site. Instone will also be building 139 rental apartments for Howoge.
Sebastian Scheel, Permanent Secretary in the Senate Department for Urban Development and Housing said the project would make a significant contribution to the area. “Almost 30 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, this gap at the border of the Mitte and Kreuzberg districts will finally be filled by a lively new quarter.”
