The 68,000 sq ft facility, Arbor Terrace Mountainside, features 79 units. The property is a 15-minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport and 20 miles from New York City. Common amenities include several dining rooms, a library, a high-tech movie theater, an activity room, a salon and spa as well as a wellness and fitness room.
