ODELUS-Construkt Kft., an investment and real estate development company based in Győr, western Hungary, has acquired Ukraine’s Ukrrosleasing. The acquisition is part of ODELUS-Construkt’s wider investment strategy to scoop up deals in other promising East European markets and businesses in the future. The cost of the Ukrrosleasing transaction as well as other details were not disclosed.
