The Arcona Property Fund has agreed on a new lease with its tenant Intive at the Maris office building in the Polish town of Szczecin. Intive agreed with Arcona to expand its lease by 420 sqm to 2,700 sqm beginning January 1, 2019. The new lease is valid for five years. The 10-storey building was constructed in 2006 and offers a total of 5,455 sqm and 119 underground parking places. As of January, the Maris building will be 91.5 percent full.
