Tenants took a total of 8,000 sqm at the Lumen and Skylight office buildings in Warsaw during the first six months of 2018. JLL represented the landlord in all the lease deals. The tenant mix now includes Oerlikon, Regalix Poland, Hitachi Vantara and Greenstone. Expansions include Michael Page, Tauron Poland Energia, Mars Poland, Loyalty Partner, ITDS Poland and ASB Poland, while XL Energy Marketing, Hydro Inwestycje and Heitman renewed their lease agreements. Lumen and Skylight are part of the Złote Tarasy complex. Both buildings offer more than 45,000 sqm.
