The Supervisory Board of Diok RealEstate has appointed Markus Drews as an additional member of the company’s Management Board. Drews has years of experience on the capital and real estate market. From 2002 to 2012, he was Head of Transactions at the listed company Colonia Real Estate, which was later acquired by TAG Immobilien. Drews most recently served as Chairman of the Executive Board (CEO) of the listed company DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate, where he was chiefly responsible for the company’s expansion strategy, property purchases and the development of administrative structures. He has an extensive network in the real estate sector and excellent access to commercial portfolios.
