Douglaston Development secured a $380m loan to refinance its mixed-use Level BK scheme in Brooklyn. Natixis sourced the funding and will serve as the administrative agent on the financing. Once completed, the six-building project will feature 2,100 apartments, a waterfront esplanade, retail facilities and a public park. Thes scheme will also offer studios as well as one-, two- and three-bedrooms units. Property amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a package valet with dry cleaning, housekeeping and pet services, free Wi-Fi in the common spaces and a roof/observation deck.
