High Street Realty Company acquired two last-mile warehouses in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. The Maryland properties, located in Savage and Annapolis Junction, sold for a combined $23.85m. Totaling 250,000 sq ft, the industrial properties are located at Corridor Industrial Park and Junction Business Park. Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for brokering the deal.
“This sale was an extremely competitive process and underscores the Baltimore-Washington region as a premium market for institutional investors interested in increasing their position in functional industrial properties that service the third-wealthiest consumer market in the country,” said Jonathan Carpenter, executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Baltimore capital markets team.
