Nordecon has signed a contract with Valge 16 OÜ for the design and construction of a 5-storey apartment building in Tallinn’s Kadriorg district. The 10,165 sqm building will contain 112 apartments. Ando Voogma, Member of the Board at Nordecon AS said the project’s location and surroundings will make it particularly attractive. “Many apartments in the new residential building next to the city center and Kadriorg Park will offer a real sea view.” Beneath the building’s above ground structure will be a single level of underground parking. The project which is expected to cost €6.6 million is set for completion by November 2019.
