CenterPoint Properties has purchased the Airport East Distribution Center in Miami-Dade County for $22.96m. The 397,585 sq ft distribution complex is located in the East Hialeah submarket near the Miami International Airport and Port Miami. The three-building 18-acre industrial campus features concrete block construction, 18- to 22-foot clear heights, sizeable truck courts and exterior storage. The complex was 76 percent leased at the time of sale. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Equitable Real Estate Partners, which bought the asset in September 2016 for $17.5m.
