UAB Merko statyba, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has signed a contract for the construction of Quadrum Business City in Vilnius. The office complex, which will be comprised of three buildings which will be located at Konstitucijos ave. 21 in Vilnius. The 45,000 sqm of class A office space will be supplemented by a kindergarten, gym, shops and a restaurant. There will also be parking for up to 700 cars and 120 bicycles. The building will also house innovative energy saving technologies which will help to reduce energy bills by up to 40 percent. AS Merko Ehitus group puts the the value of the contract at over €12 million. Construction is scheduled for completion in October 2019.
