Global East European Investment, owned by Ion Tiriac, is preparing land near Victory Square in Bucharest to develop an office tower. The company secured a construction permit last year but did not start preparing of the site until mid-July. The new scheme will offer 12 above-ground floors and five underground levels. There will be 260 parking spaces. The building is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2020.
