Appeninn, a company controlled by Hungarian investor Lőrinc Mészáros, acquired a nearly 75-percent stake in Pro-Mot Hungaria, which was jointly owned by Shikun + Binui and AFI Group. The deal, which is expected to close by Dec. 20, includes Club Aliga, a 37 ha resort on Lake Balaton that was once owned by the communist regime in Hungary. The package also includes asset management rights for another 10 ha attached to the resort.
