Unirii View, an office building under development on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard near Unirii Square in Bucharest, is scheduled to open on Sept. 27, following a €33m investment. Unirii View will offer approximately 17,500 sqm of leasable space on 19 floors. It will be the tallest modern office building in downtown Bucharest. The occupancy rate has reached 70 percent. Unirii View secured a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
