Deluxe Financial Services has signed a new lease with Fisher Brothers in the firm’s 605 Third Avenue Midtown Manhattan office tower. Under the 10-year lease, FMCG Direct, a Deluxe Financial Services company, will occupy 21,229 sq ft across the entire 37th floor of the tower. The firm, which develops and delivers data-driven marketing campaigns that generate ROI for top financial institutions, will relocate from 90 Park Avenue in the first quarter of 2019. With the signing, Fisher Brothers has successfully secured 280,000 sq ft of leases since completing a wide-ranging $25m capital improvement program of the asset. Deluxe Financial Services was represented by Cushman and Wakefield. Fisher Brothers was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
