Dekra Group, the provider of industrial testing services, system certifications and product testing, has leased 981 sqm of office space at Business Garden Wrocław. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant during the lease negotiations. Business Garden Wrocław is a modern complex of nine buildings offering a total of 117,000 sqm. The project features a restaurant pavilion, and in the near future, it will offer a kindergarten as well as a medical facility. The owner of the complex is Vastint.
