Average gross earnings in Hungary were up 10.9 percent y-o-y in May, amounting to HUF 327,500, according to the Central Statistical Office. Average gross earnings were the highest in the financial and insurance sectors (HUF 610,800) and the lowest (HUF 208,100) in the accommodation and food service sectors. Regular gross earnings (gross earnings without premiums and one-month bonuses) amounted to HUF 300,800, according to data published by KSH.
