Uanderson Benedetti has been named managing director of Millbrook Realty Capital. In his new role, Benedetti will lead the company’s lending activities, with a focus on originating short-term bridge loans on multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, condominiums and hotels across the country. Benedetti previously worked as head of originators at Fort Amsterdam Capital and, from 2014 to 2015, as managing director at JCL Partners. “Uanderson is a proven talent with a track record of fueling the growth of commercial real estate lending platforms,” Charles and Marc Yassky, managing principals of Millbrook Realty Capital, said in a statement.
