Melbourne investment fund Australian Super in a joint venture with Sentinel Real Estate Corporation purchased a multifamily asset in Florida for $54.72m. Located on Sawyer Loop Road in the Palmer Ranch section in Sarasota County, the 239-unit apartment complex changed hands for just under $228,955 per unit. Completed late last year, the Anson at Palmer Ranch apartment property was sold by an affiliate of AG Spanos Corporation.
