CTP just completed two new buildings at CTPark Bucharest West. The new additions offer more than 100,000 sqm of space. The park now features more than 300,000 sqm of leasable space. CTP has two other buildings under development at the park, with a total build area of approximately 200,000 sqm. The new buildings are scheduled for delivery in two phases. The first phase is set for completion later this year, while the second phase should be completed in 2019.
