BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland has been named exclusive leasing agent of three Warsaw properties: Europlex, Irydion and the A Building at Wiśniowy Business Park. Europlex is a 13-story retail and office building offering 25,000 sqm of space. Irydion is a class A office building on Powązkowska street in the city’s Żoliborz district. The A Building at Wiśniowy Business Park is located at the junction of Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets.
