The first two apartment buildings at the Belgrade Waterfront project have been handed over to their owners. Valued at around €3.5bn, the project is a joint venture between the Serbian government and Abu Dhabi-based private investment and development company Eagle Hills. Construction launched in 2014. Covering 1 million sqm, Belgrade Waterfront will offer a mix of luxury apartments, offices and five-star hotels. A 300,000 sqm shopping center is currently under construction.
