Realogis has advised Skanem Willich on a transaction for a commercial property and brokered the sale. Located in the Willich-Münchheide business district, the property consists of a plot of land of around 16,600 sqm containing a logistics property. The commercial property at Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Strasse 39 was purchased by SCC Whealthfields, a subsidiary of Whealthfields Group Inc. Since June 2018, the manufacturer of fast-moving consumer and cosmetic products (FMCGs) has been using the 5,200 sqm of hall and office space (almost 4,500 sqm of hall space and over 700 sqm of office space) as its main German location. The purchase price was not disclosed.
