TPI Hospitality has selected DeAngelis Diamond as the general contractor for the construction of a new Margaritaville Resort in Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island, off the Florida coast. Plans call for a 254-room resort, two beachside restaurants, a beach club along with a 22,000 sq ft terrace restaurant and a coffee shop. Construction is expected to start in December, with completion set for early 2021. DeAngelis Diamond specializes in commercial, multi-family and health care construction throughout the US and the Caribbean. The project was designed by Ramaker & Associates.
