XBS Logistics, part of XBS Group, has leased 6,800 sqm at Hillwood Błonie II near Warsaw. Cresa Poland represented the tenant during the lease process. The logistics center is located 38 km from the Warsaw city center. The park will provide more than 85,000 sqm of warehouse space once fully built out. “It is the third warehouse of XBS Logistics in Błonie. To accommodate our rapid business growth, we are making technical improvements and taking on more staff. That’s why we also need more space to be able to deliver top-quality customer service,” said Jacek Kołodziejczyk, Managing Director of XBS Logistics.
