Construction has started on Moorings Park Grande Lake, a continuing-care community. Located on 55 acres in Naples, Florida, plans call for three, seven-story buildings with 47 high-end independent living units overlooking Naples Grande Golf Course. Amenities will include casual and formal dining areas, a private dining room, a card room, an art studio, a fitness center and a resort-style pool and spa with poolside cabanas. The project was designed by BSSW Architects, while Suffolk will oversee the construction of the scheme.
