Klein Enterprises has closed on the purchase of a single-story office building for an undisclosed price. The property is located at 7152 Windsor Blvd. in the Rutherford Business Park within the Windsor Mill submarket of Baltimore County. The 57,855 sq ft building is fully leased by Leidos Innovations Corporation, a subsidiary of defense contractor Leidos, through February 2023. The acquisition increases Klein Enterprises’ commercial portfolio to more than 35 properties totaling 2.1 million sq ft of commercial space and approximately 1,800 class A multifamily units.
