The London Stock Exchange Group has concluded a lease agreement for 3,000 sqm of office space in the Campus 6 building that it will use as a company service center. The company is expected to open the facility later this year, which is located in the center-west area of the capital near Politehnica University. Campus 6 is the newest office complex built by the Swedish developer Skanska. The complex, made up of four class A buildings, has a total rental area of 82,000 sqm. The London Stock Exchange Group was advised by CBRE.
