Langowski Shipping has signed a lease agreement on 3,800 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Pruszków. JLL represented the tenant during the lease process. “Langowski Shipping chooses well-communicated warehouse projects that allows for the efficient distribution of goods. As part of the Panattoni Park Pruszków logistics park, the building which the company has moved into has been adapted to the company’s needs, and what’s more, the location of the warehouse facilitates the effective logistics service for customers whose products, for various reasons, must be stored as close as possible to Warsaw,” said Mateusz Iłowiecki, senior consultant at JLL. Panattoni Park Pruszków II is located near Warsaw. It will include three facilities providing a total of nearly 70,000 sqm once fully built out.
