BASF Polska relocates to West Station II

BASF Polska, the Polish division of the world’s largest chemical company, has leased 2,800 sqm at the West Station II office building in Warsaw. JLL represented BASF Polska during the lease process. BASF has two production plants and a distribution center in Poland and employs 800 specialists in the country. “We chose West Station II, because it is well-served by public transport and is in close proximity to Dworzec Warszawa Zachodnia station. This is, of course, of great importance for our employees,” said Katarzyna Byczkowska, managing director of BASF Polska. West Station has was awarded a BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. The property offers modern, eco-friendly and technological solutions, such as LED lighting and water use reduction systems.
