Globalworth Poland has acquired Quattro Business Park in Kraków from Starwood Capital Group for €139m. Quattro Business Park include 60,200 sqm of leasable space in five buildings. It has an annual contracted rental income of around €10.7m, with 99 percent occupancy. Tenants include Capgemini, Google and Luxoft. The complex features a BREEAM certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance. With a portfolio of more than 290,000 sqm in Poland, Globalworth is now the biggest office property owner in the country.
