Commerz Real has leased out the final 800 sqm in the Eurotheum office center in Frankfurt am Main to IMAXX Real Estate Group and to the investment manager Capital Group. The deals mean that the former headquarters of the European Central Bank (ECB) is once again fully occupied. The 110-metre-high Eurotheum has over 21,150 sqm of office and hotel space. In addition to the interactive lobby, the building offers concierge services, a computing center, conference rooms and catering. The building has been owned by the Commerz Real open-ended real estate fund hausInvest since 1996.
