The cornerstone was laid at the Officyna office project in Gdańsk. The first phase of the project will offer 5,200 sqm of leasable space, 4,200 sqm of which will be office. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019. The investment will include two buildings totaling 9,000 sqm of office space. The project is LEED certified. Construction costs were not disclosed.
