AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and Bariot Group OÜ have entered in to a contract to design and construct the concrete frame of the Kardioru Plaza building in Tallinn. The mixed use building, located at Vesivärava 50, will contain both commercial and residential premises over 2 underground and 9 above ground floors. Construction on the site will begin in the coming days and is expected to be completed by March 2019. The contract is reported to exceed €3 million plus VAT.
