Matexi Polska is planning a new residential project close to the Młociny metro station in Warsaw. To go up on Heroldów street, Na Bielany will offer 300 apartments as well as retail and service spaces, car parking facilities, a small park and a children’s playground. Matexi Polska has already started clearing the land. The first phase is scheduled to break ground in H1 2019.
