Corpus Sireo has purchased the iconic building at Kaisaniemenkatu 13 in Helsinki for a fund held by Swiss Life Asset Managers. Built in 1929, the building was designed by the Finnish architect Yrjö Lindegrén and constructed in Helsinki’s central business district. It offers nearly 5,000 sqm of retail and office space. The reported volume of the transaction is €28 million and marks Corpus Sireo’s first acquisition in Finland.
