BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego, the leading producer of domestic appliances in Europe, has leased more than 1,500 sqm at the Nowa Fabryczna office building in Łódź. Colliers International represented the tenant during the lease process. Nowa Fabryczna offers 21,400 sqm of space on seven above-ground floors. The building includes air-conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, cabling, BMS and an emergency power supply.
