Cleves San Stefano, a 31-apartment building, has officially opened in Sofia. The building, part of the San Stefano Plaza mixed-use scheme, is owned by Bulgarian apartment operator Cleves, which intends to rent out the property’s one- to four-bedroom units. San Stefano Plaza is located near Orlov Most, Sofia University and Doctors Garden. The complex also features class A offices, a shopping center, food court, gym, gallery and four levels of underground parking for the residential units. The complex BREEAM Gold certified.
