Tomáš Kadeřábek, the Managing Director of the Association of Developers, is among the confirmed speakers at the CEDEM 2018 Conference, which is taking place at the Prague Marriott Hotel on September 26. He’ll be taking part in a panel exploring the way sophisticated developers in Prague are becoming more open and transparent about their projects in the planning phases. The discussion will also deal with the problem of delays in securing building and planning permits.
Tomáš Kadeřábek has extensive experience in the development of real estate projects having worked on dozens of retail, office and residential real estate projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad. In 2015, Kadeřábek was named managing director of the Association of Developers, which promotes the interests and the reputation of developers in the Czech Republic.
The annual CEDEM conference will attract commercial investors and financial leaders from around Europe for a day of frank, interactive discussions and plentiful opportunities for networking and meetings.
