Wood & Company have acquired a trio of buildings in recent weeks in Prague and Bratislava. In Prague the investor acquired the Hadovka Office Park from Europa Capital in a deal that was announced already last week. But the Czech-based company has also pulled off a couple of transactions in the Slovak capital as well, including the 26,000 sqm Lakeside Park office building and the Aupark office building which was previously owned by Heitman. The deal for the 35,000 sqm asset is one of the largest deals of the decade in Bratislava’s office market.

JLL represented the sellers of Lakeside Park and of Hadovka Office Park but acted for Wood & Co on the Aupark transaction.
