CBRE Global Investors has acquired two distribution centers in Germany from the US-based developer Hillwood. The purchase price was not disclosed. The distribution center in Weiterstadt near Darmstadt offers 38,200 sqm of space and is 98% leased to several tenants. The second is a 34,000 sqm building located in Dusseldorf’s Heerdt. It too is fully leased. The main tenants include logistics service providers Rhenus and Panalpina, both of which occupy 11,000 sqm.
